CLOUD PARTNERS – Hosted UC provider ANPI (Booth 315 and an Executive Sponsor) on Monday unveiled Atlas, its customer lifecycle management platform.
The platform shows activity from quote to installation to customer care, and allows for tracking and monitoring for sales, installation and service processes.

Atlas includes a quoting and order management system for ANPI sales channels to build custom packages for clients. After a proposal is accepted, the agent can track the equipment delivery, provisioning activity and final service turn-up. Atlas also provides visibility into customer care as questions arise or trouble tickets are created.
For ANPI Premier Partner members, Atlas provides visibility into the entire customer lifecycle, from quote to cash to maintenance. Atlas allows agents to follow up with customers on everything from phone orders to number porting status to installation dates. ANPI said that even if an agent receives a sudden influx of orders, Atlas will manage them, sending automated notifications to keep customers up to date on order progress.
Atlas also takes the ANPI VIP Hosted UC business phone system to the next level by creating a widget-based customer administration portal that gives administrators access to the entire system and all of its features.
