File-sharing provider CertainSafe is debuting a new reseller program for partners in the United States.
The SecurePlus Partner Program gives channel salespeople easier and more transparent access to the CertainSafe platform, a cloud-based file-sharing service that offers PCI Level 1 DSS Certified data storage. Because of those provisions, CertainSafe users may store data that has to comply with regulations including HIPAA, PCI, PFI, PHI and PII. CertainSafe uses proprietary technology to encrypt each individual file down to the byte level. That way, a mass data breach cannot cripple a company, CertainSafe said.
SecurePlus will have three tiers – Registered, Gold, and Platinum – based on a partner’s combined quarterly purchases from CertainSafe.
For each tier, CertainSafe will offer discounts, and additional marketing programs and services such as SMB product trials, free solution design assistance and 15-day price protection. Gold and Platinum partners, however, also will have access to a dedicated sales team.
“We designed this process to bring our partners better service, more gross revenue and larger margins,” Steven Russo, executive vice president of CertainSafe, said in a press release. “The customer signs up on our site; and after each monthly payment, we distribute commissions based on purchase history and determine the partner level achieved.”
