Master agency Telarus has a new deal with Granite, a Massachusetts-based POTS (plain old telephone service) provider, giving Telarus partners access to Granite’s portfolio of POTS solutions to multi-location enterprise businesses.
“Granite fills a hole in our portfolio we have had for some time,” said Telarus’ vice president of supplier management, Paula McKinnon. “It took us almost a full year to negotiate the terms of our agreement but we now have what we believe to be the best contract with Granite in the channel. We are very particular about which suppliers we choose to recommend to our partners and after looking in depth at all the companies in this space it was clear Granite was the best choice. I look forward to working with them going forward because I have seen how important the channel is to them and how committed they are to taking care of us and our partners.”
Granite says it offers residual revenue share-guaranteed income; phenomenal retention rates; dedicated partner and client support; IP voice and data; and structured cabling.
