CyrusOne, which provides global colocation solutions, has added RapidScale to its channel-partner roster. The partnership is expected to strengthen the cloud-services position for both companies nationwide as RapidScale customers are anticipated to onboard within facilities across the CyrusOne portfolio.
“With so many of our enterprise clients requiring better control of user data, RapidScale’s cloud-based end-user computing solutions represent a natural solution to extend to our customers,” said Fred Holloway, vice president of channel sales, CyrusOne. “RapidScale will be using CyrusOne’s proprietary, customized racks and cabinets for optimal power consumption, security, and privacy.”
RapidScale’s Desktop as a Service (DaaS) is a fully scalable solution enabling businesses and their users to stay connected at all times via a virtual company workspace. The company is able to virtualize, implement and support 97 percent of business applications, making them available within the virtual desktop. These apps are securely accessible for users in any location, on any device with Internet access. The cloud provider also offers a 100 percent uptime service-level agreement.
