TNCI partners now may generate customized quotes for the network services reseller thanks to a new partnership with Salestream.
TNCI has implemented the MasterStream platform, which means agents can create real-time quotes and orders for cloud, voice and data telecom services.
“This announcement shows how committed we are to the channel and how we are changing and improving all aspects of the agent experience with TNCI,” said Jeff Compton, CEO and president of TNCI.
That message marks a shift from about a year ago, when TNCI, bankrupt and newly sold to Blue Casa Telephone, was sending mixed messages about its intent for the agent community. Implementing MasterStream likely gives partners a welcome indication of TNCI’s seriousness toward the channel, as Salestream developed the platform for the indirect sector.
