VIRGO, an information distribution company focused on the most innovative and complex business-to-business markets that fuel the U.S. and world economies, is pleased to announce that Sue Barsamian, senior vice president and general for HP’s Enterprise Group (EG) Worldwide Indirect Sales, will be the kickoff keynote speaker at Cloud Partners, a Channel Partners event, Sept. 8-10, in New Orleans.
Sue’s keynote address, “The Higher Cloud: Enabling Agile Businesses with Strategic Solutions,” will focus on how businesses are using cloud more strategically to enable business process transformation that is driven by collaboration among business, finance and IT leaders.
“Cloud Partners is designed to help attendees learn about, find and package the strategic cloud solutions that meet customer needs,” said Katherine Clements, vice president of the Cloud & Communications Network at VIRGO. “We are thrilled to have Sue as a keynote presenter to share her experience and insight in the channel with our audience.”
More than 3,000 channel partners – VARs, agents, systems integrators and MSPs – and their suppliers are expected to attend Cloud Partners, where the focus will be on delivering a “higher cloud” that creates strategic business value for customers.
In addition to keynote presentations from cloud industry leaders, Cloud Partners will feature an extensive education program focused exclusively on cloud service opportunities for solutions providers as well as vendor presentations, selling techniques luncheons, unique networking events and an expo hall with more than 100 innovative cloud vendors.
