Hosted VoIP provider Telesphere has hired a new senior channel executive.
Amanda England joins the company from UNSi. She worked as general sales manager for the MPLS and Ethernet provider from May of last year to January of this year, when she was promoted to national account director.
Before that, England served as general sales manager for fixed wireless broadband provider Airband, which UNSi bought in May 2013. She also owned a small business related to the construction industry, and worked in that vertical for a number of years.
At Telesphere, England takes on a brand-new role, tasked with developing and building relationships with agents and end users in Texas and the surrounding area.
England “has a stellar track record in sales management, and we are very excited to have her leading channel sales within our new Dallas office,” said Derek Sandhoff, Telesphere’s general manager, northern region.
