Carol Lee has joined Nextivity Inc. as vice president of finance.
Nextivity is the creator of the Cel-Fi signal booster; the company recently launched its formal channel program.
With more than 25 years of national and international industry experience, Lee brings with her a unique combination of global and technology management skills, along with extensive experience in leading financial operations for rapidly growing technology firms, Nextivity said.
“Carol is a talented professional who brings a considerable portfolio of skills to the table,” Nextivity CEO Werner Sievers said in a prepared statement. “Her change leadership experience, her knowledge of global markets and her familiarity with a rapidly growing technology environment makes her an ideal fit for our company. She will play an instrumental role in supporting our ongoing expansion into new products and markets.”
Before joining Nextivity, Lee spent close to a decade with REMEC Broadband Wireless as director of finance. She previously spent seven years as vice president of finance for Terranova Energy and has also held senior roles with a variety of California-based mortgage corporations. She began her career as a senior accountant with Deloitte & Touche.
