SYNNEX said its new product lets resellers move from a referral model to a recurring monthly service practice, but that solution providers can stick with the referral option if they want. Above all, channel partners get to keep their relationship with the end user, SYNNEX said.
SYNNEX is offering IP Office via the cloud in two versions: business communications, which includes voice mail; and full UC, which comes with mobility and desktop integration. Both versions support reseller branding, cloud service delivery, customer usage tracking and monthly voice services billing. Either platform supports from 25 to 2,000 users.
The Avaya IP Office platform is available through SYNNEX’S CLOUDSolv marketplace.
