Telarus Inc. partners now may sell ViaWest’s data center, managed services and cloud products.
The companies said this week they have teamed.
“This partnership extends our market scope and enables Telarus agents to meet the increasing market demand from businesses who are looking for reliable solutions to protect their IT infrastructure and scale into managed services and cloud solutions to address their growing data requirements,” said Sean McCaffery, ViaWest’s vice president of channel sales, in a press release.
Lanny Gray, vice president of business development for Telarus, said ViaWest serves as one of the master agency’s anchor data center suppliers as Telarus rolls out its data center tool.
“This is a tool that is only available to Telarus partners, and because of this our partners can now access very detailed information,” he said.
Telarus is known for developing online tools for its partners, tools that give agents and VARs information about buildings with lit fiber, for example, and other critical details partners need when quoting customer projects.
