Cloud and IT services provider Intermedia said this week its partners now can integrate their partner portal with QuickBooks, Salesforce and ConnectWise.
As a result, Intermedia VARs and MSPs may increase their cloud-services footprints without adding to their accounting and sales overhead, the company said.
In other words, in addition to controlling their own pricing, bundling, branding and customer relationships, partners can work easily among their four main business platforms, Salesforce, QuickBooks, ConnectWise and the Intermedia partner portal. Functionality includes the ability to sync customer data from the Intermedia portal to Salesforce and the simplification of billing processes.
The apps are free of charge via Intermedia’s partner portal and take less than 30 minutes to set up, Intermedia said.
“Our QuickBooks, Salesforce and ConnectWise integrations allow us to become a more central and seamless business partner,” Michael Gold, president of Intermedia, said in a prepared statement. “In 2014, we will continue to offer new tools to adapt our services to how our partners and customers do business.”
