XO Adds Dedicated Partner Support Center

CHANNEL PARTNERSXO Communications (Booth 3026 and a show sponsor) is debuting its latest investment in the XO Business Partner Program: a fully dedicated XO Partner Support Center.

The Partner Support Center team is run by industry leaders and represents an expansion of an XO Support Center in Nashville, Tenn.

“The success of the XO Partner Channel in 2013 was indicative of our ability to provide the best possible experience for XO partners and their customers,” said Maria Funkhouser, XO VP of customer experience. “Focusing the Partner Support Center on driving an even better experience in 2014 and beyond represents XO’s continued recognition of the importance of the channel and our commitment to continue to empower our partners through self-serving automation and tools.”

Within the Partner Support Center, XO says a large team of dedicated resources will drive the growth and success of XO Business Partners by partnering together on sales activity, joint utilization of the MasterStream quoting tool to deliver consistent and reliable pricing, order activity, contract renewal resolution and support, identification of trouble tickets with enhanced transparency, and timely resolution to partner and customer concerns and questions.
