CHANNEL PARTNERS PlanetOne Communications, an Executive Sponsor, has funded a $50,000 cash giveaway to reward partners who sell orders totaling more than $5,000 in monthly revenue.
Separately, PlanetOne said it also is offering $500 prizes during events at this weeks Spring 2014 Channel Partners Conference & Expo.
First, the rewards program and cash giveaway apply to orders submitted for services from PlanetOnes preferred vendors. Rewards will be given on a sliding scale: the larger the order, the bigger the payout.
This is a cash bonus program that is exclusively funded by PlanetOne, so these rewards are in addition to the carrier bonus incentives that were already offering,” said CEO Ted Schuman. Its a fantastic opportunity for sales partners to further capitalize on strategic, larger enterprise prospects that can carry their businesses to the next level.”
Lauren Shapiro, president of PlanetOne, said the market is ripe for partners pursuing new customer segments.

The giveaway marks the latest in PlanetOnes ongoing investment in the channel, which includes the recent launch of the Telecom Partner Toolbox.
Meantime, PlanetOne will be offering $500 prizes for a few lucky partners among those attending the companys Toolbox demonstrations this week. The demos are scheduled for 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27 in Sands 301.
