CHANNEL PARTNERS EarthLink (Booth 4031) said today its new managed services, Server Management and Monitoring and Network Management and Monitoring, now are available for sale through channel partners.
The provider debuted the portfolio earlier this month but has now opened it to agents and VARs.
EarthLinks Server and Network Management and Monitoring services were successfully sold and supported by a company we recently acquired, have mature lifecycles and typically install more rapidly than traditional networks services, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and faster compensation for our Partners,” said J.R. Cook, vice president of partner sales, for EarthLink.
The platform keeps clients’ technology up to date, oversees alarm and alert responses and resolution, and increases network and application reliability and performance, EarthLink said. Components that EarthLink manages include routers, switches, load balancers, WAN accelerators, SSL VPN concentrators, and wireless access points.
Partners earn recurring revenue on sale of EarthLink’s new managed services.
