CHANNEL PARTNERS BullsEye Telecom, a show sponsor, said today it has promoted Tim Basa to the role of executive vice president of sales and marketing.
He moves up from vice president of sales and now reports to Bill Oberlin, chairman and CEO of BullsEye. Basa oversees both direct and indirect sales, and the company’s marketing strategy.
“We are keenly focused on the relationship with our clients and channel partners, with the sunset of traditional phone service on the horizon,” Oberlin said in a press release. “There has never been a more important time to have marketing and sales collaborate to ensure our customers and partners know how to stay ahead of the game. To help support this collaboration, we are promoting Tim to this newly created position.”
Basa moves up as BullsEye transitions its customers from TDM to digital voice services.
As we continue to expand our service portfolio and market reach, sales and marketing efforts must be coordinated to grow the companys revenues and enhance our client experience,” Basa said in a prepared statement. “The opportunities taking shape right now are exciting.”
Basa is meeting with partners this week at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Sands 302.
