Telarus Inc. now is letting agents and VARs choose their President’s Club incentives.
In the past, the master agency required agents and VARs to sell a certain amount’s worth of services to go on a trip to a specific destination. But Telarus is allowing partners to decide their incentive for the year. Some examples include:
In the new format, partners select their customized incentive and Telarus provides the monthly recurring commission goal to earn that incentive. Plus, the partners who achieve their customized incentive further will be flown to the 2015 Telarus Partner Summit one day early to dine with executives and share best practices.
