Mitel has appointed Chuck Krogman as its new U.S. vice president of contact-center sales.
Contact center is a strategic area of investment and growth for Mitel, along with cloud solutions. Announced earlier this year, the MiCloud sales team has focuses on creating and enabling cloud opportunities that have led to a steady increase in cloud sales for the company. Following that same strategy, Mitel says its contact-center sales team is already showing results.
