Wholesale carrier ANPI, which sells through the indirect channel, on Tuesday said it has hired Shawn Coyle as vice president of business development.
Coyle comes to ANPI from Broadview Networks, where he had worked since 2000. He started in the channel in 2001, moving up to managing director of nationwide channel sales by the time he left for ANPI.
At ANPI, Coyle will lead new business development efforts and partnerships for the carrier and business divisions, promoting the cross-selling of company-wide services. He reports to Michael Cromwell, whom ANPI tapped this fall as chief sales officer.
At Broadview, Shawn was responsible for the cloud phone system strategy that brought off-the-shelf hosted communications to many national big box retailers,” Cromwell said. “It is his ability to execute, coupled with his success record of building a $150 million channel sales program, that provides a solid foundation for ANPIs aggressive growth plans.”
ANPI sells voice and data services including hosted communications, SIP trunking, long-distance and broadband to business and carriers.
