CLOUD PARTNERS — United Network Services Inc. (Booth 520) announced Thursday that it has updated and repackaged the hosted VoIP services it acquired through its May acquisition of fixed wireless provider Airband as a cloud voice suite on its CHAMP (Cloud, Hosted Applications & Messaging Platform).
The new nationwide cloud voice suite is targeted for businesses under 200 seats and includes hosted PBX, SIP trunking and business line replacement. New features include mobility and voice mail to text.
In addition, UNSi has created pricing based on user profiles, e.g. receptionists, conference rooms, executives and office workers, etc., so user pay for the features they need where they need them.
UNSi is a carrier-agnostic service provider capable of business-grade Internet and private networking solutions. UNSis services are backed by 24/7 US-based NOCs, 29 strategic regional PoPs, 16 fixed wireless markets, 150+ Interconnects with carriers nationwide .
As part of its previously announced plans following the Airband acquisition, UNSi has completed upgrades to more than half of its wired and wireless underlying networks in the Dallas, Phoenix and Southern California markets. The installation of new routers, switches and other networking gear are part of a series of upgrades planned throughout the remainder of the year.
