CLOUD PARTNERS TelePacific Communications (Booth 201 and an Executive Sponsor) is debuting a comprehensive cloud-solutions suite of products and services at Cloud Partners, a Channel Partners event.
TelePacific says it has reshaped its offerings around the three C’s of connect, cloud and continuity solutions. The company’s cloud suite is the newest of the three and includes a business-ready, hosted PBX solution that offers guaranteed service-level agreements powered by the 99.999 percent availability and security of TelePacifics private IP network. Rounding out the cloud portfolio are SSAE 16 datacenters and an expanding roster of essential business productivity tools including hosted Exchange, SharePoint, Lync and desktop backup and recovery.
TelePacific is expanding its information, training and support programs for the agent community to give them the knowledge and tools they need to effectively fashion compelling communications solutions for their customers. Marketing road shows hit the road in October, where two-to-three hour sessions led by TelePacific product experts provide an opportunity for in-depth knowledge sharing.
TelePacific will also be holding its first agent advisory event in Texas in early November, which will follow closely on the heels of one held for California and Nevada agents.
