CLOUD PARTNERS SalesReach Software (Booth 601) today released QuoteReach, built on Salesforce.com.
The platform lets distributors, agents, VARs, MSPs and other partner produce quotes and proposals for any mix of products, services and suppliers instantly, SalesReach said. QuoteReach verifies service and product availability, and includes telecom services such as hosted VoIP, legacy voice, Internet, MPLS, cable and more, along with cloud services, and IT hardware and software.
Pete Keane, CEO of SalesReach Software, said that, over the years, he’s watched partners struggle with "old-fashioned, non-customizable, legacy tools that under-deliver on their quoting promise."
QuoteReach for Salesforce.com aims to solve those problems while presenting professional-looking, company-branded quote documents that can be delivered in formats including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML or Google Docs.
Carriers and suppliers are not charged to be included in the system," Keane said. "We will add any carrier or supplier who desires their services and products be able to be quoted by their direct or channel sales organizations. If an agent needs a new carrier, that carrier just needs to supply us the data. If a VAR needs a new…provider added, that provider just needs to provide their information. Its that easy and simple. Then any user of QuoteReach who is authorized by the carrier or other supplier to see their pricing can do the quotes immediately.”
UCaaS provider Alteva is one company that said it’s switching to QuoteReach.
"Were now in the process of migrating all our proposal generation and pricing to it," said David Mills, vice president of sales for Alteva. "There is nothing on the market that comes even close to what it does for driving sales."
QuoteReach works with any professional, enterprise or unlimited edition of Salesforce.com. However, it’s not necessary to have Salesforce.com to access QuoteReach. SalesReach said QuoteReach can be used on a standalone basis. So far, QuoteReach features almost two dozen telecom and IT suppliers, with more being added weekly, the company said.
