DSCI Adds Workgroup Monitoring Option to Hosted PBX

Communications provider DSCI Corp. has created a Web-based, workgroup-monitoring function for its hosted VoIP service.

The application, an add-on product, shows real-time information on each user’s inbound and outbound calls. For example, data include whether someone is on a call, the party at the other end of the call, the number of calls a user has made in a day and how much time has been spent on those calls. iPBX Workgroup Monitoring was designed for organizations tracking their customer service reps, sales people and the like.

DSCI said channel partners earn a one-time, up-front bonus and residual commission for selling the iPBX Workgroup Monitoring service.
