New CopperWebinar Integrates Free Management Tools

Copper Services introduced this week CopperWebinar, a new audio and Web conferencing platform for virtual events that integrates event management tools to promote, register and remind participants to attend a webinar or audio conference call. It will also collect payment for paid Webinars.

“There is no need to use expensive webinar add-on services when CopperWebinar performs all of the event management tasks at no charge, and offers the option of a low per minute price, with no contract or commitment,” said Kathleen Thompson, president of Copper Services.

For day-to-day Web meetings, CopperWebinar also has an easy-to-use meeting interface that anyone can learn and manage without technical help or training.

In addition, the Web link for CopperWebinar is personalized and never changes from call to call, eliminating the need to create a new meeting room in advance of a Webinar.

CopperWebinar offers a convenient “Connect Me” feature to join the audio portion of the call without having to remember a dial-in number and a passcode. The invitation link sends the attendee straight to your meeting room and automatically dials a phone or computer, anywhere in the world.

An integrated toolbar plug-in for Microsoft Outlook provides one-click control to schedule, start, manage and record meetings from any PC or Macintosh computer. CopperWebinar also works on any mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet.

All tools and applications (including Outlook tools) are included at no additional charge.
