SimpleSignal said on Wednesday its recently launched gUnify product now runs on a new UC platform.
Developed with Park Bench Solutions LLC, SimpleSignal has released ODiN, or "Organizes Development and Integrates Networks.” ODiN gives users a simplified interface for managing their voice services and also integrates their BroadSoft-based Hosted Enterprise Voice into Google Apps, on demand.
ODiN comes not long after SimpleSignal released gUnify, a service that connect Google Apps users to cloud-based platforms. In this case, gUnify is connecting Google Apps users to their SimpleSignal service. The service works with cloud platforms including Salesforce, Zoho, Apptivo and Clio, and is deployable in minutes via the Google Apps domain control panel, without software, plugins or hardware.
The problem was, high demand for gUnify was creating a long order-to-provisioning process the entire cycle was taking days or even weeks, said SimpleSignal CEO Dave Gilbert.
"Now that gUnify is powered by ODiN, customers have full control to select the gUnify application in the new portal on-demand, and self-integrate their entire organization into Google Apps in less than five minutes,” Gilbert said.
