Content Management Firm Jumps Into Channel

As more data flow through organizations (IDC estimates more than 40 zettabytes of data by 2020, and Gartner predicts a 12 percent enterprise content management CAGR through 2015), overseeing that information becomes an ever-greater challenge.

To that point, etfile, a content management company based in Massachusetts, this week launched its partner program to help resellers offering web-based file sharing, online collaboration, automated workflows and advanced business analytics to customers. The program has been named etfiled-ENGAGED, or E2.

E2 features four tiers: E2 Referral, E2 Silver, E2Gold and E2Platinum. Program benefits include recurring and up-front revenue; a deal registration program that prevents channel conflict; and revenue tracking, whereby etfile keeps track of contracts and renewals and updates resellers accordingly.

etfiles flagship product comprises capture, distribution, process management and integration tools. The portfolio includes scalable client/server and cloud-based content management and automated workflow for enterprises and SMBs across all industries.
