Nexogy Adds Outbound Services to Cloud Call Center Platform

CHANNEL PARTNERS Hosted communications provider Nexogy (Booth 8002) has teamed with Sytel Ltd. to add outbound call center services to its cloud call center product.

Thanks to Sytel, Nexogy now offers predictive dialer, agent scripting and real-time reporting. The dialer automatically calls multiple contacts and connects answered calls with agents. The script provides a workflow for delivering a consistent message. And the reporting function lets users customize dashboards and access real-time statistics on queues, campaigns and more.
