Kristen Welty has joined ANPI as vice president of operations for the companys business solutions group. In this role she will manage the service delivery process for new and existing business customers, overseeing account coordination, technical support, provisioning, field services, and test and turn-up ensuring the customer experience is highly satisfactory.
About the new addition to the leadership team, Ronnie Bailey, ANPIs senior vice president and general manager of business solutions, said, ANPI wanted to ensure our business customers have the best possible experience throughout implementation. I have confidence in Kristens ability to effectively coordinate all aspects of service delivery to accomplish that goal.”
Service delivery is one of the most critical experiences customers will have with ANPI,” Welty added. “The new installation experience can set the tone for the rest of the relationship between ANPI and its customers; thus, it is the role of the Service Delivery team to create and execute a well-orchestrated, thoughtful and complete implementation plan for each customer.”
Welty brings with her more than 10 years of experience in operations management in telecommunications. Prior to joining ANPI, she was senior director of market operations at Cbeyond where she successfully managed the activity of more than 100 market operations personnel in 14 cities.
