DSCI Adds Real-Time Data Service to Call Center Platform

CHANNEL PARTNERS Service provider DSCI Corp. (Booth 6032) on Tuesday launched its iPBX Call Center Reporting Service.

The platform provides real-time data from DSCI’s iPBX call center platform, through the new Real-Time Application Web portal. The service shows live data on iPBX call center queues, agents and users. For example, call-center managers may view queued calls, the number of active agents and average wait times. There’s also a wallboard module that shows important statistics and that can be displayed in an area where all call-center agents can see it. 

DSCI channel partners earn a one-time, up-front bonus and residual commission on Real-Time Application sales.
