CHANNEL PARTNERS Managed services provider Masergy (Booth 8012) said partners now can target midmarket customers with Broadcore’s Connect cloud platform.
Masergy bought Broadcore last year. Now, because of that acquisition, agents and resellers may offer voice, video, messaging, conferencing and mobility to domestic customers with 50-500 users. Broadcore Connect features "bundled network services, self-automated quoting portal tools, competitive partner compensation and enterprise-grade features thus opening the door to greater sales opportunities and success,” said Chris MacFarland, CEO of Masergy.
Monty Ferdowsi, senior vice president of cloud communications at Broadcore, said Broadcore Connect helps companies transform traditional voice systems into strategic business tools. Broadcore Connect also helps businesses move from legacy PBX voice to cloud UC, thanks to a mix of the company’s Hosted UC product, SIP trunking and hybrid products, he explained.
Customers may pair Broadcore Connect with Masergy’s network services, or they can use a third-party broadband provider. The solution includes lifetime warranties on all hardware, as well as lifetime training and support through Broadcore.
