Datto Inc. channel partners now can access the company’s service module through the Level Platforms Managed Workplace Update Center.
Datto, which provides hardware-based backup and BC/DR products, said it has integrated its module with Level Platforms’ remote monitoring and management software. Now, MSPs can oversee the status, category and priority of Datto devices and alerts through the Managed Workplace dashboard. The integration is intended to result in more comprehensive monitoring, faster response times and higher service levels.
The result of this technology integration is a more customized experience for MSPs that streamlines Datto device management, simplifies business processes and ultimately will improve the service levels for end-user customers,” said Austin McChord, CEO of Datto, in a prepared statement.
Datto’s Service Module already was integrated with AutoTask, Connectwise and Kaseya. The company plans to add to its integrations roster throughout the year.
Datto is exhibiting in Booth 1017 at the Spring 2013 Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas next week.
