Gryphon Networks, which develops telemarketing compliance platforms, now has a dialer app for iPhone and Android devices.
Core Phone Mobile gives mobile workers access to the company’s sales and Do-Not-Call compliance services from their smartphones. That helps sales and marketing agents stay compliant with various do-not-call regulations as well as company-specific business rules.
Core Phone Mobile also supports Core Voice, Gryphon’s call recording service that captures conversations for audit, training and quality assurance. The application is a cloud service built into the telecommunication networks. No new hardware or complex network adjustments are needed and the mobile app will integrate directly with current clients’ Gryphon business rules engine.
“As sales teams become more distributed, it becomes harder to obtain and interpret activity data to improve agent performance,” said Eric Esfahanian, Gryphon’s vice president of sales and marketing. “Gryphon provides our clients with management visibility to the whole organization from the large offices to the field while ensuring adherence to business rules and regulations.”
Core Phone Mobile works with any telecommunications carrier without difficult configuration changes.
