AudioCodes, a provider of voice over IP (VoIP) technologies, products and services, today announced the launch of its One Voice for Microsoft Lync, a unified product and service program intended to simplify and accelerate voice enablement of Microsoft Lync implementations.
One Voice for Lync features a complete portfolio of IP phones, media gateways, enterprise session border controllers (E-SBCs) and survivable branch appliances (SBAs), plus AudioCodes’ Session Experience Manager analysis tool and complete network management tools, support and professional services.
AudioCodes created the program to support smooth migration to Microsoft Lync and coexistence with current telephony systems in multisite and multinational deployments.
“With our new ‘AudioCodes One Voice for Microsoft Lync’ initiative, we streamline Microsoft Lync voice project implementations by offering one source for voice products with one point of contact for all voice support issues, and one trusted partner for voice-related expertise and professional services,” said Shabtai Adlersberg, AudioCodes’ CEO.
“Our most recent report covering the unified communications market shows Microsoft continuing to have strong gains, attaining the #1 position in terms of communicator licenses in the third quarter of 2012,” said Diane Myers, principal analyst, VoIP, UC and IMS, Infonetics Research. “AudioCodes One Voice for Lync offering is a broad complement of solutions to the growing base of Microsoft UC deployments.”
