TouchTone Communications turns 20 this year and, as a result, is running two new agent promotions through the first half of 2013.
First, agents who sell DIA, MPLS and private lines through June 30 will earn a cash bonus worth up to 200 percent of port MRCs, in addition to standard residual commissions. Next, agents who sell dynamic PRI, also through June 30, will earn cash bonuses up to 120 percent, plus a $750 one-time spiff.
Our agents are the backbone of our business,” said Ken McCormack, TouchTone’s channel chief.
To that point, TouchTone said it has more than 1,200 independent sales agents who account for almost 95 percent of retail sales.
TouchTone founded itself as a residential long-distance provider; in the past two decades, the company has grown into a provider of voice, data and VoIP to consumers, enterprises, government agencies and wholesale customers throughout the United States.
