Conferencing provider InterCall announced Thursday the release of its new mobile application, MobileMeet, available for all iPhones at the Apple App Store and for Android OS 2.2 or newer at Google Play.
InterCall MobileMeet allows users to schedule meetings, send invites and manage their meetings across multiple devices without needing a PC or laptop. With InterCall MobileMeet, users also can be called to start or join a meeting, see participants within meetings and who is speaking, tTake control of a meeting as the moderator or participant, save hundreds of frequently joined meetings and access their meeting histories.

Conference calls started the trend of bringing us together for meetings regardless of location, and now MobileMeet gives professionals more flexibility for staying connected and staying productive.”
For example, users are able to invite international participants with automatically inserted international dial-in numbers on the fly, add participants via SMS, email and Call Now,” and manage and schedule meetings for multiple accounts through just one app. The easily installed program also provides access to post-meeting functions.
Users can use MobileMeet to join meetings without an account, but to schedule, start and host meetings through MobileMeet, they need an InterCall Reservationless-Plus account.
InterCall MobileMeet is designed to manage Reservationless-Plus audio meetings from an iPhone or Android smartphone. Tablet users can join meetings through a web browser. MobileMeet does not currently support Blackberry devices. However, users can download InterCall Mobile Assistant, a program for Blackberry, to join Reservationless-Plus meetings.
