Whaleback Managed Services has opened two sales offices in Chicago and Atlanta to expand its channel and customer support for its CrystalBlue Cloud-based Managed Unified Communications Services to the Midwest and South regions of the United States.
The new offices are part of Whaleback’s long-term plan to expand its local offices throughout the United States. Whaleback also has an office at its headquarters in Portsmouth, N.H., and a regional office in Boston, serving the Northeast. A spokesperson for the company said Whaleback plans to open regional offices in the West and Northwest within the next couple of years.
“We want to provide the local ‘feet on the street’ support in those regions to better serve their needs,” said Chris Daly, Whaleback’s chief revenue officer, in a press statement.
Each regional office will have channel managers and sales engineers that support the channel.
Whaleback’s CrystalBlue Partner Program offers channel programs and packages for a variety MSPs, telecom carriers, VARs, IT services firms, systems integrators and sales agents. These include combined upfront and annuity revenue plans, sales and marketing support and quoting tools.
CrystalBlue Cloud-based Managed Unified Communications Services integrates business telephony features, high-definition voice, network services, IP desk phones, messaging, collaboration, mobility, service guarantees and redundancy.
