Meru Networks Inc. said on Tuesday it has redesigned its channel program to better accommodate VARs and systems integrators selling virtualized WLANs to vertical markets including business, education and hospitality.
Meru now operates three channel program levels: Authorized, Gold and Platinum. Each comes with different requirements for volume and participation, and different benefits. For example, Gold and Platinum partners receive demo equipment at no charge and have access to instructor-led or online training; authorized resellers get discounts and only-online training.
There’s also a deal registration incentive program that rewards partners for opportunities brought to Meru.
The changes to the program are intended to make it easy for our partners to grow and expand their businesses by supporting the needs of our mutual customers,” said Gary Abad, vice president of worldwide sales channels for Meru Networks.
