AppNeta, a provider of cloud-based performance management, announced Tuesday the launch of a new partner program for managed services providers, offering a white-labeled custom-branded interface and a usage-based monthly recurring revenue billing model.
AppNeta has a long-standing partner program with more than 400 partners around the world. The new MSP Partner Program is in contrast to this existing resale program, wherein VARs sell AppNeta’s cloud-based services as an annual subscription. AppNeta also has a referral model for partners that don’t want to rebill services.
Under the new MSP Partner Program, partners charge customers an activation fee and mark up the monthly wholesale service costs.
AppNetas PathView Cloud network performance service provides integrated insight from every element of the network performance stack including active path performance analysis, application-aware traffic flow analysis, automated remote site packet capture and on-demand device status (SNMP). AppNetas MSP Partners integrate AppNeta services into existing managed-service contracts to create new service offerings such as network assessments, continuous monitoring, proactive troubleshooting, and scheduled reporting and alerting.
