CHANNEL PARTNERS Telecom Service Bureau (TSB) (Booth #320), a Florida-based MVNO, is on the hunt for resellers who want to act as carriers for their customers. Agents also are a strong secondary target, if they have a network developed, the company said. As such, TSB this week is accepting applications for channel partners that want to become MVNOs in a short time at the lowest possible cost. The company said it lowers overall operations costs, hedges against regulatory changes and provides order-to-cash solutions.
TSB provides wholesale minute, text and data rates with volume discounts, backed by the industrys leading networks.
“By operating a MVNO and servicing clients with such demands from the perspective of a consumer, you have more direct access to the data that you need to respond to [customers’] requests,” said Stephen Loren, TSB’s account executive. “Add to that the ongoing rumors of Apple or Google starting up their own MVNOs and you begin to see the connection between the two. Developed and marketed well, the two emerge into a wonderful marketable and very sticky product.”
TSB’s support for partners includes marketing such as logo creation, brochure design and the creation of Lifeline Compliance Plans for submission to the FCC when seeking blanket forbearance. Back-office help features behind-the-scenes ticketing and reporting. There’s also handset procurement assistance. TSB buys used devices, resets them to factory standards, and packages and programs them according to end-users’ needs. It also offers a warranty.
