Quest (Booth #720) on Wednesday rolled out two new cloud platforms Desktop-as-a-Service and HD video conferencing for its partners and launched its enhanced online partner portal.
Quest’s DaaS platform lets end users shift the hassles of desktop device management to the cloud. Meantime, more employees are working remotely and companies are cutting back on travel, so the need for video conferencing continues to grow. Quest’s solution lets partners sell an affordable, easy-to-use multipoint technology that spans mobile, desktop, room systems, and immersive telepresence environments.
Finally, the company’s enhanced partner portal features a collection of ready-made sales and marketing resources, as well as exclusive C-level communications tools that partners may co-brand. The tool further makes quick work of registering engagement opportunities, tracking contracts, and interacting with Quests dedicated partner account managers, Quest said.
