Remote monitoring and management provider Continuum said on Monday its partnership with Technology Assurance Group (TAG) is helping unified communications partners achieve a seven-fold revenue increase as they add managed IT services to their telephony portfolios.
“A growing number of unified communications providers recognize the urgent need to expand their offering beyond traditional telecomm solutions,” said Michael George, CEO of Continuum. “Partnering with Continuum instantly makes TAG members IT managed services experts in the eyes of their customers.”
Continuum provides support including its own NOC and an around-the-clock service desk.
“The adoption of managed IT services by TAG members has accelerated in recent months and resulted in a 70 percent increase in Continuum’s unified communications partner base,” said Dale Johnson, president and CEO of TAG.
The companies made the announcement at TAG’s 12th-annual convention, being held this week in New Orleans.
