Unified communications provider Alteva has added cloud-based call reporting to its services lineup.
Alteva said its Call Reporting platform adds value to hosted IP voice customers and resellers. The product tracks all call details, and notes incoming and outgoing phone numbers, extensions and caller ID. It also features call flow measurement report computing percentages of departmental call activity, and account-code tracking and billing. Installation does not require new equipment or capital expense, Alteva said.
Alteva said SMBs are the best targets for the new platform, as are vertical markets including health care, legal and education.
