Cisco has tapped Wendy Bahr to be the new leader of its Americas Partner Organization.
For the past two years, Bahr has served as SVP, Global and Strategic Partners for the company’s Worldwide Partner Organization, where she has been responsible for driving revenue growth and solutions development through Cisco’s largest systems integrator, service provider and ecosystem partners. Her new title will be SVP, Americas Partner Organization.
Under Bahr’s leadership, Cisco says the Global and Strategic Partner Organization has influenced over $9 billion in revenue from Ciscos largest global partners by building partnerships that accelerated cloud deployment, defined and prioritized ISV and technology partner strategies and innovated and scaled transformational partnerships.
Bahr replaces Jim Sherriff, who has taken a new role on Cisco’s Worldwide Sales Operations team. He will be responsible for the company’s global efforts to bring greater capabilities and efficiency to the sales process by assuming sales leadership for ACT (Accelerated Cisco Transformation). ACT is Ciscos multi-year program to fuel growth by enhancing its operating model, ensuring world-class execution, efficiency, and ease of doing business.
