Geek Squad has added three master agents to its nascent partner program.
The Best Buy-owned tech support unit said on Thursday that Business Integration Services, Citadel Systems Inc. and Digital Planet Communications have joined its channel force. Geek Squad in May also signed Network Solutions Provider, Carrier Access Inc., Access Media 3 and MACH 4.
“The Geek Squad Partner Program continues to gain traction in the marketplace and these three solid additions are great demonstrations of this growth,” said Brian Hutto, vice president of Best Buy Services.
Business Integration Services, Citadel and Digital Planet all will offer their SMB customers Geek Squad field services, including unlimited remote and online tech support; and PC, mobile, networking and infrastructure support services.
“Geek Squad is the only true national company that could offer a consistent experience for our customers regardless of where they are located,” said Shawn Schmidt, president of Digital Planet Communications.
Business Integration Services and Citadel expressed similar sentiments.
