Even in the wake of the $2.4 billion Dell acquisition, Quest Software is upgrading its channel partner program.
The IT software provider said on Monday its year-old Quest Partner Circle (QPC) now includes service providers and systems integrators from around the world. The additions mean more third-parties including Rackspace, Azaleos, HP, Apptix and NetStandard, may sell the company’s cloud-focused software. Many of these firms already worked with Quest; now they are part of the Global Tier within QPC. That means they now have access to partner training, certifications, marketing, business planning and dedicated technical support.
And Quest expects its new partner changes to only get better with Dell as its parent company.
"As part of the joint Quest and Dell integration effort there will be a dedicated partner work stream with a shared mission to instill confidence in our top partners, some of which will be engaged in the process," Michael Sotnick, Quest’s vice president of worldwide channel and alliances, said in a prepared statement.
