Australia-based Retriever Communications, which provides mobile field force equipment and software, has launched its channel program in North America. Canada’s Filbitron is the first VAR to join.
Retriever is targeting systems integrators, VARs, ERP software providers and mobility solutions firms as channel partners. Support includes training, lead generation, tool kits, demo equipment and SLAs. Retriever’s products include field service management devices, dispatch and scheduling services and mobile time sheets. There’s also a new applications development platform so businesses can create and deploy apps to the iOS, Android and Windows Mobile operating systems. Partners also may resell Retriever’s SaaS platform.
Were actively looking for channel partners with mobile development expertise and those seeking to add mobility offerings to their capabilities,” said Mary Brittain-White, founder and CEO of Retriever Communications. Were excited to help Filbitron and our future partners as they expand into new mobile markets.”
