Avaya on Thursday launched DevConnect Marketplace, a new website where channel partners can, among other actions, follow up on sales leads. DevConnect Marketplace also houses software apps that work with Avaya’s technology.
To that point, Avaya added four new applications to DevConnect through the Select Product Program (SPP), for channel partners and end users. AdvaTel InTouch for IP Office is a Microsoft Outlook-based plug-in that provides enhanced UC capabilities, contact management and presence federation for small businesses. AMC Technology Contact Canvas integrates Avaya Contact Center with CRM applications for Salesforce.com, Microsoft, SAP, Siebel, Oracle and PeopleSoft. BBX Technologies’ Vuesion Multimedia Contact Center includes multimedia skills-based routing, call recording, CRM integration and outbound capabilities for Avaya IP Office. And INI EQuilibrium from Interactive Northwest Inc. is a software load balancing and application dispatch platform for Avaya Voice/Experience Portal; it provides system availability and scalability for Avaya contact centers.
DevConnect Marketplace further contains downloadable customer case studies, as well as collateral and testing specifications and other information. Users may request more information directly from participating companies, or provide feedback on their products and services.
