CenturyLink, Inc. on Friday announced that two executives were leaving the company soon.
The telco did not explain the reasons for the pending departures of Dennis Huber, the executive vice president of network services, and Stephanie Comfort, the executive vice president of corporate strategy and development.
However, CenturyLink already has named replacements to fill their positions. Maxine Moreau, who presently serves as senior vice president of integration and process improvement, will take over for Huber, who is leaving the company on June 1. CenturyLink said its executive Tom McEvoy will assume all integration-related duties that Moreau held.
Meanwhile, Matt Beal will absorb Comfort’s duties after she departs on July 1. Beal will assume the role of senior vice president of corporate strategy, product development and chief technology officer. He currently serves as senior vice president and chief technology officer, product development and strategy.
All three newly-named executives will report directly to CenturyLink Chief Executive Glen Post.
