Startup SpotCheck Technology, a provider of network and point-of-sale line monitoring services, introduced its channel program Monday. The launch follows a successful testing phase with Sandler Partners, which will be the company’s first master agency.
SpotCheck is an automated line monitoring services that finds outages at point-of-sale locations before lost sales pile up and tests backup lines so enterprises aren’t without service when their primary network goes down. The service often is used for remote or unmanned point-of-sale locations.
SpotCheck provides an innovative and affordable solution to the time-consuming challenge of monitoring backup lines and manned and unmanned point-of-sale locations,” said Leon Richter, SpotCheck co-founder and CEO. Our proprietary software applications test networks, generate highly customizable email alerts when lines are down, including diagnostic information and custom information on a line-by-line basis, and deliver detailed weekly and monthly reports on all testing activity.”
SpotCheck was built with the agent channel in mind and delivers an evergreen revenue stream to telecom agents. SpotChecks inked its first channel partnership with Sandler Partners, one of the telecom industrys largest master agencies and an honoree in the Inc. 5000 list of Americas Fastest Growing Companies in 2010 and 2011. The companies have been delivering SpotCheck services to Sandler Partners customers in a beta-testing phase that began in third quarter of 2011.
