Concierge Communications Debuts ECMS

CHANNEL PARTNERS Concierge Communications (Booth #102) is unveiling its new client management application, Effective Client Management System (ECMS), to select agents, at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo.

In addition to providing client management, ECMS fosters a professional services practice that allows agents to bolster their revenue by billing for communications and technology projects. ECMS supports clients spending more than $10,000 per month with Concierge Communications. The technology and communications broker said agents looking to move up-market, manage clients with multiple locations and/or multiple providers will find ECMS valuable, as will agents wanting to add residual income to their business models. ECMS includes pre- and post-sales support; co-branding; and more.

Concierge Communications will hold an exclusive preview for agents in its suite on March 28, from 5-7 p.m. The invitation-only event will feature an open-house format.
