VoIP equipment maker AudioCodes on Wednesday released Session Experience Manager (SEM), new software that monitors, analyzes, reports on and controls the quality of enterprise VoIP calls.
SEM tools include network views for mapping devices; graphics illustrations of VoIP call metrics; traffic trend analysis for identifying bottlenecks; alarms; and the ability to analyze fax transmission quality. AudioCodes said ideal SEM users include contact centers, enterprises with remote and multiple locations and businesses connecting to SIP trunking providers.
Supported devices include the AudioCodes Mediant family of media gateways and enterprise session border controllers.
AudioCodes is selling SEM through channel partners, via distributors such as ScanSource Communications.
